🌸 What Happens After I Place My Order?
Once you place your order, we’ll send you a welcome email with all the details you need — including the shipping or drop-off address and clear next steps. But here’s a sneak peek so you know what to expect!
🌿 If You’re Planning to Drop Off Your Bouquet:
✅ When you order, you’ll select your drop-off date — this date is important so we can plan your preservation timeline. (Don’t worry, the time is flexible!) If something comes up, just let us know so we can adjust.
Here’s what you’ll do when the big day arrives:

Keep your bouquet in water until drop-off day to help it stay fresh.

Message us when you’re on your way and again when you arrive — sometimes we’re deep in the studio and might miss the doorbell!

If we’re not home, no worries — we provide a cooler on the porch where you can safely leave your bouquet.

We’ll have labeling materials ready so you can tag your bouquet with your name (this helps us keep everything organized).

Once we receive it, we’ll send you a photo as confirmation and get started on creating your keepsake!

💌 If You’re Shipping Your Bouquet:
✅ You’ll choose a shipping date when you place your order — this ensures we’re ready for your flowers. If you need to adjust, just let us know.
A few key tips to keep your bouquet safe:
🚫 Never wrap the flowers in plastic — it traps moisture and can ruin them.
🌸 Snap a photo before you ship and send it our way so we can expect it.
📦 Use a snug-fitting box with stems wrapped in a wet paper towel inside a plastic bag (but leave the blooms uncovered).
📦 Fill empty spaces with paper or peanuts and label the box as “FRAGILE” or “This Side Up.”
🚚 Ship using Overnight or 1–3 Day delivery for best freshness, and share the tracking number with us.

⏳ How Long Does It Take?
We know you’re excited! We're excited too! Please note that the process to complete your custom piece takes 8–10 weeks. Once your bouquet is in our hands, we’ll handle everything and keep you updated — no need to check in before the 8-week mark. We promise: it’ll be worth the wait!
