If you are local, you can choose the drop-off and pick-up option during checkout. We are located in Lehi, Utah! Further information will be provided after placing your order.

We understand that life happens and plans can change, though cancellations are rare. If you need to cancel before shipping your flowers, we offer a full refund minus a $10 processing fee. If you cancel after we’ve received your flowers, we will retain $100 of your payment to cover materials and time already invested. If you cancel your order after your project is complete, we will not offer any refunds. Thank you!

After placing your order you'll recieve an email with next steps

Send us your flowers

Follow our shipping tutorial to send us your flowers via overnight. Or, if you're local to Utah, you can drop them off at our studio in Salt Lake City.

Please note, your fresh flowers must arrive at our studio no more than 5 business days after your
event.

Throughout the process you will receive multiple updates regarding the progress of your order.

After your flowers have been pressed, we'll notify you that it's time to design! You'll receive a mock design of your arrangement with the chance to tweak the design up to three times.

Once we're satisfied with your frame, we'll ship it to you, complete with a signature to guarantee it arrives to your hands, not just your doorstep.

If you choose to pick up your frame at one of our Utah locations, we'll email you with details.

How do I deliver my flowers?

We provide detailed shipping instructions to help your bouquet arrive safely. You'll wrap the stems in a damp paper towel, pack the blooms carefully, and use Overnight or 1–3 Day shipping. As long as you follow our steps (especially avoiding plastic wrap!), your bouquet will arrive in great shape. If you’re local, you can choose to drop off your bouquet at our studio. You’ll select a drop-off date during checkout, and we’ll send full instructions once your order is placed.

When will my frame be complete?

The preservation process typically takes 8–10 weeks from the time we receive your bouquet. Each keepsake is handcrafted with care, and we’ll keep you updated along the way.

What if something happens to my bouquet in transit?

We do our best to guide you through secure packaging, but if your flowers arrive damaged or unusable due to improper shipping (such as being wrapped in plastic), we won’t be able to preserve them. In this case, we will refund you in full minus $10 processing fee.

Can I order an antique frame?

Yes! We offer custom frame options to fit your design style. Your checkout cart will offer all the layout design options and details for your choosing!
